"Scientific Systemic Management
This method can be defined as an integrated ensemble of ordered interdisciplinary principles, rules and actions by which a manager designs, plans, organizes his business as an adaptive whole (system), and guides (manages) it toward achievement of its objective.
To plan (guide) a business system means to establish periodically which of the possible ways it has to act to attain its purpose on the condition of predictable and unpredictable oppositions.
In this case, the Universal Model of Organization and Management is used as a true busines's management compass."
To direct (adjust) a business system means to act promptly to eliminate, minimize or compensate disturbances as soon as possible after they appeared in functioning.
In this case, the Universal Model of Organization and Management is used as an adjusting tool.
In adaptive cybernetic systems, both planning and adjusting actions are made by the management subsystem. "
