A search party goes into a region of uncharted Africa, led by fortune hunter Allan Quatermain, in search of a explorer who went missing while on a quest for the fabled King Solomon's diamond mines. Aided by an ancient map drawn in blood, they find themselves caught up in the middle of a tribal war, and hold little hope of returning home alive.
