"Anything to do with dragons seems to involve danger," our young hero tells his sidekick, ex-bully boy, Biffy. While on a school trip to Wales Peter comes across a red Welsh dragon who desperately needs his help. She is being hunted by a witch's evil flying gargoyles who are searching for the very special dragon which has been given into her care.
