A university field trip to a remote island in the Norwegian Sea. One week away in a cabin with no phones and then Midsummer's Eve. A perfect time for Professor Erik Nordveit and his students Per, Jonas, Mette and Linnea. But there is a fifth student, Magnus, who is a troubling presence.
