Tales of Other Times is a miscellany of short stories ranging from the humorous to the serious and covering a period of sixty years. They are based both on the authors own experiences and on characteristics of people he met during his youth to his old age. Most are set in Ireland, north and south, and cover a wide range of subjects. Politics are eschewed, only the different facets of the human condition are portrayed.
