She has more than 20 years of accumulative knowledge of alternative healing methods and more than 1000 hours of specialized training in various energy healing modalities (Reflexology, Energy Medicine and Reiki.) Helen has given more than 13, 000 healing sessions since 2006. Helen is dedicated to helping her clients find long-term relief from their chronic digestive problems, chronic pain, and hormonal issues.
