After the birth of her first child, she moved to Tennessee for a new start and received her certification as a pharmacy technician. While juggling a full-time job and raising six children, she wrote and published her debut novel, Kismet, which went on to draw rave reviews and solidified her place as an up-and-coming writer to look out for.
