His interest in the Scottish Witch trails developed out of a love of Shakespeare's Macbeth, which was inspired by the events during the life of King James VI of Scotland, I of England. He shares his Master of Arts Thesis research that will challenge the status quo that has been written for centuries about King James VI of Scotland & I of England. Kasti has gone on to receive several other advanced degrees in various field including a Master's in Communication, Film and Education.
