About the Author: Melissa Mullin Ph. D. is the Cofounder of The K&M Center, an organization dedicated to empowering parents, tutors and educational specialists. Melissa holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology from UCLA, with a specialization in Learning and Instruction. Melissa began her work in education designing educational computer games for The Walt Disney Educational Media Company. Her experience gained designing educational programs supports her work at the K&M Center today. Melissa has helped thousands of children learn to read, write and achieve in school.
