Description This is my story of how I have dealt with and overcame the different types of pain in my life, and I hope that my story will encourage and give strength to those who are dealing with pain to allow it to mold them into someone spectacular. My goal is to encourage people to turn their pain into power so they too reach their destiny. About the Author I was born and raised in Magnolia, Arkansas. I graduated from Walker High School. I served 22 years in the Army. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University Of Alabama. I have established my own fitness brand and business, Whitaker Fitness "Stabilizing The Mind Through Fitness". I am INBA Bodybuilder that is changing the world through fitness.
