About the Author Vladimir Borisovich Avdeyev graduated from the Moscow Power Energy Institute in 1985, as a specialist in Military Space Technology. He was a technical officer in the Soviet Air Force and was stationed near the Chinese border. His rank was equivalent to Second Lieutenant. After military service, he started work as an engineer and manager, for military industry. Since 1993, he has been a member of the Russian Writers Union. He studied anthropology and raciology, under the main experts of Russia. He live in Moscow.
