Lumea rurala romaneasca acum o suta de ani, Istorie si imagini. Romanian rural life one hundred years ago, Hystory and images Editie bilingva romana -engleza Albumul isi propune sa realizeze o istorie in imagini a satului romanesc asa cum era surprins de catre fotografi acum o suta de ani, in perioada construirii Romaniei Mari. In aceste imagini apar oamenii, locuintele si ocupatiile lor, dar si fragmente de viata cotidiana. Un loc aparte il ocupa vizita regelui Ferdinand si a reginei Maria prin cateva dintre satele Transilvaniei in 1919. Imaginile reprezinta reproduceri ale unor carti postale ilustrate si fotografii de epoca, originale si inedite, aflate, pe de o parte, in Colectia dr. Alin Ciupala, iar, pe de alta, in colectia fotografica a Arhivelor Nationale ale Romaniei. Li se adauga un studiu istoriografic introductiv si legendele explicative, texte semnate de colectionar.   The album aims to achieve a history in images of the Romanian village as it was captured by photographers one hundred years ago, at a time when Great Romania was being constructed. The images depict the people, their houses and occupations, as well as fragments of their daily life. A special place has been reserved to the visit undertaken by King Ferdinand and Queen Marie through several Transylvanian villages in 1919. The images are reproductions of original illustrated postcards and vintage photographs unknown to the general public,taken from Mr Alin Ciupala's personal collection or from the collection of the National Archives of Romania, and are accompanied by an introductory historiographic essay and explanatory captions, texts written by the collector.
