More and more companies are buying and selling products across the border. It is the new global economy of the 21st century. This new global economy has created a shortage of qualified and licensed freight brokers in the market. Not to mention due the rise of Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) business, there are little over 300, 000 new businesses opened up just in last 3 years to supply products to Amazon. These new businesses only buy products from various Asian countries and ship them to various Amazon warehouses in the western world. Amazon then sell these products on the seller's behalf, which is essentially what Amazon FBA business model is. Due to the huge popularity of this new business, suddenly now another 300, 000 new customers are looking to hire a Freight broker to handle their shipments and to make sure their products get routed to the proper Amazon warehouses.
