Frank Harrelson has always had an interest in the history and development of Europe in ancient times. Out of curiosity of his family ancestry, he began his genealogy search almost forty years ago at the National Archives in Washington, DC. Establishing his maternal roots led to the discovery of his Horry ancestors in the ancient French province of Angoumois. This is the first historical novel by the author. Frank Harrelson is a member of the Huguenot Society of South Carolina, the Society of First Families of South Carolina, and the Sons of the American Revolution.
