About the Author: Enson Inoue is a fourth generation Japanese American born and raised in Hawaii but has been residing in Japan for the last 24 years. He has had an extensive MMA career that includes achievements such as being the first Heavyweight World Shooto Champion, a fourth degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a submission victory over UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture.
